In a 40-minute wine tasting experience you will get to know the local varieties, their aromas and flavors, as well as the ways of preparation and the secrets of winemaking.

A useful and pleasant experience of getting acquainted with the most valuable and historical product of Greece : Olive Oil.
Through a tasting of 4 varieties of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which are grown at the estate (Koroneiki, Athinoelia, Myrtoelia and Blend variety) but also 3 types of edible olives, which are also produced at the estate (Kalamon , Athinoelia and Plum olives).
You will get to know the special characteristics of each Olive oil variety and the ways of its preparation, as well general knowledge of evaluating the quality of the Olives and Olive oil.
The activity takes place inside the Historic Mansion, at the Museum of Olives.

The private tour of Liotrivi Estate for up to 6 people, is a comprehensive activity, which focuses on gaining experience around tradition, local architecture, acquaintance with the main products of Monemvasia land, olive oil and wine but also the local cuisine.
The tour lasts from 90-120 minutes, and includes the following:

Guided tour of the estate and acquaintance with olive tree cultivation.

Guided tour of the museum — old olive press and presentation of the traditional method of production of extra virgin olive oil and the history of the mansion.

Wine tasting of 4 local Monemvasia wines of our cellar Tasting of 4 varieties of extra virgin olive oil and 3 types of edible olives of our production.

Cooking class includes the preparation of 5 dishes of Greek traditional cuisine. Ÿ
Greek salad ,Tzatziki, Feta baked in the wood oven , Ÿ Stuffed vegetables or giouvetsi(beef in tomato sauce with orzo pasta) in the wood oven, ŸGreek traditional donuts with honey.
(All the dishes included in the menu are selected so that their preparation is feasible by the participant and he can recreated after 1 cooking class and they ingredients that he can find in his place of residence we are used)
In this activity, our guests actively participate and create their own dishes with the help of our Chef, in a very pleasant and creative cooking experience, in the beautiful garden of the mansion. During the wait as the food is baked in the wood oven and before their meal, our guests enjoy a tour of the Olive Oil Museum of the Mansion.
Afterwards, our guests will enjoy their lunch or dinner, which will consist of the dishes they have created, in our beautiful courtyard and will enjoy them with a glass of wine of their choice offered by our wine collection, while they will enjoy the excellent service of Liotrivi Restaurant.
